Brightway Energy has fully advanced the production, assembly and commissioning of offshore drilling waste management equipment, including 14 high-speed drilling fluid decanter centrifuges, 7 cuttings dryers and 14 screw conveyors. Custom-made for African offshore drilling platforms, this batch of equipment will be packed and shipped to the African offshore drilling platform project upon completion of complete unit joint commissioning and quality inspection. It will provide a full set of stable and reliable solid control and cuttings treatment equipment to support local offshore oil and gas drilling operations.

This batch of drilling waste management equipment is specially optimized for harsh working conditions on African offshore platforms, including confined space, heavy salt spray, high humidity and continuous nonstop operation. High-speed drilling fluid decanter centrifuges achieve efficient fine purification of drilling fluid and solid separation to maintain stable mud properties. Cuttings dryers significantly lower the oil-on-cuttings ratio to realize compliant discharge of offshore drilling waste. The matched screw conveyors adopt fully sealed structures with stable transportation, zero leakage and no dust emission, perfectly satisfying closed operation requirements of offshore platforms.

The whole production process of the complete equipment strictly follows manufacturing standards of high-end overseas oil & gas projects and offshore platform equipment specifications, with strict control of every working procedure. For key precision components of high-speed drilling fluid decanter centrifuges such as screw conveyors and bowls, high-precision CNC machining technology is applied for fine polishing and accurate dimensional calibration, effectively ensuring operational stability and separation precision under high-speed rotation. 

After assembly, a series of strict factory tests are conducted in sequence: no-load trial operation, load testing, vibration detection, tightness inspection and overall joint commissioning to comprehensively eliminate potential operational faults.
