Brightway Energy recently completed inspection, anti-corrosion packaging and loading for a batch of helical gear mud agitators bound for a Middle East customer. The shipment includes 40 sets of 18.5kW and 20 sets of 11kW models. These agitators will replace outdated mixing equipment at the client’s wellsite solids control system to resolve common problems such as high failure rates, high power consumption and poor mixing effect, helping boost drilling efficiency and reduce operation costs.

Middle Eastern oilfields operate continuously under heavy loads in hot and dusty environments. Traditional worm gear agitators suffer from low efficiency, oil leakage, insufficient torque, heavy vibration and frequent breakdowns, leading to high maintenance costs and unstable drilling fluid performance.

To meet the customer’s retrofitting requirements, Brightway Energy provided customized helical gear mud agitators. Compared with worm gear units, our equipment offers obvious strengths: higher transmission efficiency and energy savings, greater torque for uniform mud mixing, low vibration and noise, longer service life, as well as reliable sealing to eliminate oil leakage.
