On September 3rd, a set of drilling fluids waste management of Brightway was being intensively installed and commissioned at a drilling site in an oilfield in Shandong.

The drilling fluids waste management was delivered at the end of August and arrived at the drilling site at the beginning of September. The system includes three major parts: drill cuttings dryer, drilling fluid centrifuge, screw conveyor and other equipment . The technical service personnel of Brightway also arrived at the project site at the same time, instructed the workers on site to hoist the equipment, and do the relevant operation training and operation precautions for the drilling fluids waste management. At the time of publication, the basic assembly and commissioning of the drilling fluids waste management has been completed, and then it will be trial run and commissioned again to ensure that the system and the drilling rig solids control system work together.

A set of drilling rig solids control system is equipped with drilling fluids waste management. The mud and cuttings processed by the drilling rig solids control system are simultaneously transported to the drilling fluids waste management process again. The advantage is that it can ensure the continuous operation of the drilling project, the drill cuttings do not need to be stacked, and the water treated by the mud non-landing equipment can be reused on site, which helps to improve the efficiency of the drilling project.
