CBM ZJ30 Drilling Rig Solids Control System Will Soon Be Delivered to Customers

On September 13, a solids control system for a coalbed methane ZJ30 drilling rig was being finalized and commissioned in the workshop, and it was about to be delivered to the customer.

At present, the main equipment such as the shale shaker and the desander of the solid control system for the coalbed methane drilling rig has been produced and installed, and the tank and the electric control system are being assembled and tested. In addition, the overhead oil tanks and other auxiliary equipment supporting the solids control system are also about to be completed and are expected to be delivered to customers before the 20th of this month.

In the field of coalbed methane drilling and excavation, the coalbed has features like dual pore structure, shallow burial depth, low pressure, looseness, easy compression, and internal fractures, which put forward higher requirements for the stability of drilling fluid performance and drilling solids control. The solids control system of Brightway for coalbed methane drilling rigs can better meet the current needs of coalbed methane drilling.
