Brightway Energy 3000HP Cluster Well Solids Control System for Nigeria Client

Brightway Energy’s custom ZJ90 cluster well drilling mud system has finished assembly, commissioning and full factory acceptance. It will soon be shipped to a Nigeria client. Tailored for tough overseas cluster well drilling, it provides reliable, high-efficiency drilling fluid purification.
Optimized for continuous heavy-duty cluster well operations, the system adopts four double-deck shakers for high-capacity fine solid separation, stabilizing drilling fluid to raise efficiency and lower losses.
Its double-side inclined sedimentation tanks reduce sand buildup and pipe blockages, cutting maintenance costs. Dual-suction & dual-discharge pipelines ensure stable circulation, while most internally routed pipes avoid abrasion and simplify on-site service and lifting.
Custom rain shelters and curtains are fitted to suit Nigeria’s wet, humid climate. The comprehensive rain protection safeguards electrics, piping and tanks against rust and short circuits for round-the-clock operation.
